During development stage, in order to achieve the breakthroughs at management and technology, our company compiled a complete Designing Manual of Plastic Mould and standardized manufacturing procedure from designing, developing to completion. We separated the manufacturing procedure and processed in accordance with independent designing data. After processing, our factory assembled mould parts into a whole set. This procedure enabled the mould parts being exchangeable. The quality control has been distributed to every processing stage and guaranteed the excellent quality of the final product.
